Wrap Around Services Coordinator

Employment Terms: Part-time position (49%)

Certificate Level:
Level 5 or higher

Summary of Duties:
● Academic Support – Supports the instructional program of the school
● Collaborate with special education directors and school climate specialists (PBIS)
● College and Career Support – Promotes post-high school success of all students
● Discipline Support – Under guidance from the school’s principal, provides leadership support for
student discipline
● Community Services Coordination – Fosters the success of all students by supporting, managing,
and overseeing the coordination of community services
● Counseling Resources Coordination – Provides students access to a robust counseling network

● Collaborate and lead decision-making and inspire and motivate collective action
● Collect and analyze data to drive program decisions
● Evaluate, plan, and execute strategies for removing barriers to graduation

Required qualifications:
Certification: Valid Georgia Teaching Certificate
Preferred Certification: Valid Georgia Leadership Certificate

Required Education:
Master’s Degree in Education, Public Administration, Counseling, Social Work, Leadership, or closely
related field preferred. However, highly qualified candidates with Bachelor’s Degrees and significant
experience in the aforementioned careers may be considered.

Required Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in education as a school social worker or counselor.

Education-Based Physical Therapist

Start Date: July 1, 2019

Job Description

A full-time certified/licensed physical therapist is needed in the Middle Georgia area to provide
supplemental educational therapy services to students with disabilities, ages 3-21. Such services
will be on an as needed basis through the assignment of the students. Individualized Education
Programs (IEP).

The candidates will be expected to keep progress notes on each student, evaluate students and
report the need for services, develop IEP goals and yearly reports on students. Candidates must
possess computer skills that would assist in writing reports and to help with billing of provided
services.

This position involves serving students in multiple Middle Georgia school systems and will
require daily travel which will be reimbursed. Middle Georgia Regional Educational Service
Agency (RESA) is the employer for this position.

The position offers a competitive salary and
benefits to include medical, dental, and vision insurance and Teacher Retirement System.

The contract will be between 150 and 180 days per year.
